Everyone talks to themselves, whether they realize it or not. Chances are high that right now a voice in your head is talking to you. What is the voice saying? Is it being kind and supportive? Is it positive, encouraging and uplifting? Or, is it being negative and non-supportive? As the day goes on, most of them don’t respond to you; And the ones who do say, “Thanks, but no thanks.”
